Inventory Supervisor

Supervise the receiving, inspection, counting, and recording of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory items. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements using SAP or other ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Coordinate with Production to ensure the timely availability of materials and monitor material consumption. Monitor minimum and reorder stock levels and report shortages, damaged, missing, or excess materials to the Inventory Controller. Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Verify Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders, invoices, material requisitions, and other inventory-related documents. Ensure proper labeling, storage, handling, and organization of materials, including oil-based and hazardous products. Monitor inventory movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns, and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded. Supervise and allocate manpower to the inventory team and monitor daily performance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for the Inventory Controller. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Finance, and other departments regarding inventory requirements and related issues. Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, safety, and HSE compliance. Assist the Inventory Controller with stock audits, physical inventory counts, and inventory-related investigations.
