Invoice To Cash Associate Manager

The Invoice to Cash Associate Manager leads the local Invoice to Cash (ITC) team and is accountable for disciplined execution of accounts receivable, credit, invoicing documentation and collections-enablement activities. The role establishes clear operating agendas, follow-up routines, documentation traceability, outcome management and continuous performance assessment across office-based and field-based resources. Working closely with Finance, Controller, Commercial Operations, Commercial and customers, the Associate Manager protects collection readiness by resolving documentation and reconciliation issues, maintaining appropriate account controls, and building constructive customer relationships. The role combines local team leadership with regular customer engagement, including key public and private accounts.
