IT Asset Management Analyst

Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Asset Management Analyst to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. The IT Asset Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining the asset life cycle information including but not limited to the custodian, warranty and status for technology-based hardware and software assets. The IT Asset Management Analyst is also responsible for receiving, tagging, disposing the assets, updating the Assets database system, as well as developing and implementing procedures for tracking IT assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles. Key Responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of IT assets, maintaining accurate asset records, conducting physical and system inventory audits, controlling asset acquisition and disposal, and preparing asset reports. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, 4+ years of experience in IT asset management systems and lifecycle management, strong knowledge of SAP, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analytics, and certifications such as CITAM or ITIL as a plus.
