IT Asset Management Analyst

Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Asset Management Analyst to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. The IT Asset Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining the asset life cycle information including but not limited to the custodian, warranty and status for technology-based hardware and software assets. The IT Asset Management Analyst is also responsible for receiving, tagging, disposing the assets, updating the Assets database system, as well as developing and implementing procedures for tracking IT assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles. Key Responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including acquisition, inventory management, utilization tracking, and disposal, managing the complete IT asset lifecycle including receiving, tagging, tracking, loaning, repairing, and disposal of assets, maintaining accurate asset records in the asset management system, conducting physical and system inventory audits, controlling asset acquisition, storage, movement, and disposal, and preparing asset reports and dashboards.
