IT Infrastructure Access Support Executive

Role Overview The IT Infrastructure Access Support Executive will be responsible for managing user identity, access controls, and infrastructure support operations across the organization. This role focuses on enforcing access security, handling system permissions, and utilizing SAP within an industrial environment to ensure seamless operational continuity and security compliance. Key Responsibilities Identity & Access Management (IAM): - Manage end-to-end user access lifecycle, including onboarding, profile setup, role-based access assignment, and offboarding across all IT systems and infrastructure. - Administer user privileges, Active Directory (AD), and system access rights following strict security protocols. SAP & ERP Access Administration: - Manage user authorizations, roles, and access profiles within SAP. - Handle access-related ticket requests, password resets, and authorization error troubleshooting in SAP. Infrastructure & Service Support: - Monitor and support access protocols for internal servers, networks, and IT infrastructure. - Perform routine access audits and maintain documentation for internal IT security reviews. Incident Resolution & Testing: - Troubleshoot access and infrastructure-related issues within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Participate in internal technical evaluations, system testing, and access validation procedures. Job Requirements & Eligibility Criteria: - Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Access Support and Infrastructure. - Industry Background: Prior experience working in an Industrial environment (Manufacturing/Food Industry preferred). - Core Technical Requirement: Hands-on experience and proficiency in SAP is mandatory. - Location & Candidate Status: Must be currently located inside the UAE (Local Candidates Only). - Assessment: Must pass an in-house written technical test. - Salary: Maximum AED 8,000 per month. - Working Days: 6 days a week. - Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. - Work Location: Sharjah
