IT Lead (Sales Applications, Integrations and Automation)

The IT Lead - Sales Applications, Integrations and Automation is responsible for the overall Information Technology function in the areas of Sales & Route to Market, AI-enabled application development, Websites, Integrations and Interfaces, Business Process Automation and HR / Payroll applications, ensuring technology enables financial integrity, operational excellence, and scalable growth across ACCBC’s multi-country operations. Reporting to the Senior Director - Information Technology, the role has strong accountability for ERP and digital transformation, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) rollout across geographies focusing on Order to Cash processes, and the associated solution ecosystem within the remit of the role. Responsibilities include integration architecture, interface design, delivery and support, configuration and delivery of workflows and automation, strategic business partnering, leading regional IT teams, managing cross-functional dependencies, and delivering AI safely inside applications. Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 12 years of progressive IT leadership experience in large, complex organizations with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ITIL, and project management.
