IT Manager

We are hiring an IT Manager for an industrial and food manufacturing company located in Al-Qassim, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the IT department and supervise operational technology. - Manage and develop the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring integration with production, sales, warehouse, finance, HR, and supply chain departments. - Lead AI initiatives including AI agents to automate processes, raise productivity, and reduce costs. - Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for decision making. - Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity. Requirements: - Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of IT management experience. - Strong experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One. - Experience in the food or manufacturing sector is preferred, with mandatory factory sector experience. - Practical experience in AI applications, AI agents, and process automation. - Advanced programming, application development, and system integration experience using APIs. - Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud services. - Good command of English.
