Job description
We’re Hiring – IT Specialist
Location: Sheikh Zayed, Egypt
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and handheld device issues.
- Support sales teams with urgent field and system issues.
- Monitor data sync and validate orders on SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, access, routes, and customer assignments.
- Handle printers, PRTG monitoring, and system maintenance.
- Track and document IT issues and coordinate with Application/IT teams.
- Provide technical support and user training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Network/System Administration.
- Experience with SAP, networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA, MCSE, Azure/AWS are a plus.
