Processing Invoices: Verifying invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy, ensuring proper coding and compliance with company policies. Reconcile vendor statements to internal records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies promptly. Maintaining Accounts Payable Records: Ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies. Prepare and execute timely vendor payments, managing payment runs and ensuring adherence to payment terms. Assist in the month-end closing process by preparing accruals and reconciling AP-related general ledger accounts. Vendor Management: reconciling vendor statements, and managing payment history. Ensuring timely payments to avoid late penalties and interest. Working with various departments to resolve discrepancies and confirm expenses.
