Junior Accountant - Financial Reporting & Analysis

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant – Financial Reporting & Analysis to join the Finance Department of a leading organization operating in the industrial and environmental services sector. The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, account reconciliations, month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with applicable accounting standards. Responsibilities include verifying and recording financial transactions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and IFRS 16 lease accounting, updating corresponding entries in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting external audits. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, SAP, or Oracle Financials.
