Junior Controlling Analyst (Contractual) at Givaudan. Ready for a new challenge? Join our Finance team as a Junior Controlling Analyst (Contractual), based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will support the finance controlling function by delivering accurate financial analysis, reporting, and insights that enable effective decision-making, cost control, and business performance management. This is an open contract role with us, working 5 days a week. Your monthly payroll will be processed by a third-party partner. You will be based in our Dubai office and report to the Business Controller for the region. In This Exciting Role, You Will: - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and variance analyses. - Monitor costs, margins, and financial performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities. - Provide accurate financial insights to support business decision-making. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. - Partner with finance and business stakeholders to provide actionable financial analysis and recommendations. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements. - Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization within controlling and reporting activities. Your Professional Profile Includes: - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline. - 2+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, business analytics, or a similar finance role. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and related reporting tools. - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred. - Knowledge of Tableau, BOA, or similar business intelligence tools is considered a plus. - Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or CPA are considered a plus.
