Junior EMEA Demand Analytics PMO

We are looking for a Junior EMEA Demand Analytics PMO to support SAP's Business Transformation Management (BTM) - Demand Management team in Dubai. Approximately 70% of the role focuses on analysing pipeline and demand data, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and translating findings into actionable insights for the Regional Demand Manager and Market Unit Leaders. Analyse pipeline creation, health and movements across Market Units, sales motions and demand sources. Build and maintain pipeline performance reports. Conduct deep-dives on coverage, growth, progression, conversion and quality. Support Market Unit Monthly Demand Reviews and strategic presentations. Track Demand Programs, actions and corrective measures. Support Market Units in adopting Demand Tools and sharing data-driven best practices. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve reporting processes.
