Job description
Assist in sourcing and identifying potential suppliers, gathering quotes, and comparing pricing to secure cost-effective solutions. Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct and compliant with company policies. Maintain and update procurement records, including supplier information, contracts, and pricing history, to ensure data integrity. Support the negotiation process by preparing data and assisting senior buyers in achieving favorable terms and conditions.
