Junior Sales Executive - Microsoft Dynamics ERP

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to support business development for Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions within the Oil & Gas sector. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas and commodity trading sectors. - Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline. - Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team. - Understand client requirements and assist in positioning CTRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. - Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations. - Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Attend client meetings and industry events as required. Requirements: - 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in Enterprise Software, ERP, SaaS, or IT Solutions. - Exposure to the Oil & Gas, Commodity Trading, or ERP industry is an advantage. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets. - Ability to quickly learn complex software solutions and effectively communicate their business value. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems is a plus. - Willingness to travel within the UAE when required.
