Lead Digital Business Development Specialist

OVERVIEW Business Unit: President Complex | Department: Information Management and Disruptive Technology | Division: Solution Delivery Location: IsDB, HQ Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Job Grade: E4 | Contract Type: Fixed Term JOB PURPOSE The Digital Business Development Lead is responsible for developing and implementing digital solutions aligned with organizational digital strategy and objectives, identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and providing leadership and guidance to software development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. - Drive the architectural design and technical approach for development projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. - Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards, and implement quality assurance processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and business analysts, to understand requirements and communicate technical solutions. - Manage the end-to-end solution delivery for product groups using agile methodologies from design to delivery, operations, and maintenance. ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. - 10 years of experience in product development, 3 years of which need to be in a managerial or relevant supervisory role. - Languages: English mandatory, Arabic and French preferred. SKILLS & NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE - Hands-on experience in Solution Architectures including cloud SA and preferably Azure. - Experience in solution design and UML modeling, web, desktop, and mobile platforms. - Standard SDLC methodologies including waterfall, agile, and DevOps. - At least 5 full cycle project implementations. - Experience in JAVA frameworks, APIs, Artificial Intelligence, Integration, and Machine Learning. - Senior level experience in SAP solutions; ABAP, PI/PO, ERP, NetWeaver, SAP BPM.
