Lead HR Operations

STYLI is an e-commerce concept founded in 2019 by Landmark Group, emerging as one of the largest fashion and beauty platforms in the GCC and India. The Lead – HR Operations owns the end-to-end employee lifecycle operations for Styli including onboarding, payroll inputs, visas and immigration, HRIS data, policies, and exits. The role involves setting up Styli's HR shared services model and leading the implementation of a single global HRIS, building scalable and automated processes across GCC, India, and China. Key responsibilities include employee lifecycle management, payroll and compensation operations, visa and immigration compliance, HR shared services setup, global HRIS implementation, HRIS data and reporting, policy and compliance governance, and process excellence and team leadership. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration with 8-12 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in HR operations and 3+ years leading a team, with hands-on experience in multi-country operations and end-to-end HRIS implementations.
