Lead Manufacturing Planner

Job Description Summary Functional management responsible for leading and directing all active association with customer project management. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. - Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline, serving as best practice resource and contributing towards strategy. - Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs, optimize inventory and process improvements. - Developing in-depth knowledge of Gas Turbine and Accessory Modules Assembly. - Uses prior experience in similar product/processes and technical expertise to execute production strategy. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution function at a leadership level. - Proficiency in using Planning and Project Management Software tools. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex data analysis. - The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction. Desired Characteristics: - Knowledge of Inventory control and reporting (Raw/WIP/DIO). - Experience with use of ERP Systems (SAP). - Advanced ability to read and interpret Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOMs).
