Lead Material Engineer

Urbacon Saudi Company is hiring a Lead Material Engineer to focus on evaluating and coordinating construction materials, technical approvals, testing and procurement requirements to support project delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing specifications, material qualification documents, supplier proposals, technical risks, preparing material submittals, subcontractor prequalifications, comparison sheets, and consultant submissions. Coordinates with construction teams, vendors, and consultants to resolve queries and secure approvals. Requires a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with at least 8 years of total experience and 6 relevant years, including 3 years in the GCC. Knowledge of local and international specifications, civil and architectural material testing, SAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is required.
