Lead Planner Turnaround

At Air Products, we reimagine what’s possible. This key position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and preparing all maintenance, inspection, repair, and modification activities associated with various assets of BHIG including but not limited to SATORP, SASREF, Jubail Industrial Gases Hub, reporting directly to Project Controls Manager in Operation Project Management Team. The Lead Planner TAR will focus on developing and implementing Turnaround plans such that the equipment integrity and plant reliability is maintained at the lowest sustainable cost to BHIG. Responsibilities include coordinating TAR execution with a range of $5M to $50M, brownfield projects ranging from $25K-$5M, utilizing advanced project management tools like Primavera P3, P6, MS Project, and ERP systems such as SAP. Requirements include an Engineering or technical degree, 8-12 years of experience in industrial gases, oil and gas, or petrochemical industry, and hands-on project/turnaround management experience.
