Job description
We are looking for a senior SAP HR professional to lead SAP SuccessFactors & SAP HCM solutions across implementation, rollout and support projects.
Mandatory Requirements:
• 10+ years SAP HR experience across SuccessFactors & SAP HCM
• Strong experience in OM, PA, Time Management & Payroll
• At least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation in a lead role
• UAE/GCC project experience with hands-on UAE/GCC payroll delivery
• SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM certification
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law & payroll configuration
• Experience with UAE payroll, WPS, gratuity, EOS benefits & GPSSA
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai/Sharjah
