Lead, Transformation Testing

This Testing role is responsible for providing technical leadership and ensuring the successful implementation of the Testing horizontal stream of the Transformation program. The position involves assessing and executing a comprehensive testing strategy that includes both manual and automated testing processes. The Testing Lead will review the existing design and implement a robust automated testing framework, ensure the system integrator configures appropriate testing tools, and will oversee the creation of detailed test plans, test scripts, and execution. The role requires strong leadership to guide the testing team, manage resources, and maintain quality assurance standards across unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Responsibilities include developing automation strategies, managing test case development, team leadership and training, issue and defect tracking, and performance/load testing integrated within a CI/CD pipeline.
