Local Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Local Implementation Manager to lead business readiness and change management for an SAP transformation program, ensuring smooth implementation, operational continuity, and successful user adoption. Align business requirements and local processes with standard SAP workflows. Coordinate business leaders, department heads, process owners, and the central SAP program team. Manage implementation plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Oversee data validation, migration readiness, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Lead change management, end-user training, and adoption initiatives. Coordinate cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support. Track issues, compliance requirements, decisions, and business sign-offs. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Experience in business transformation, project coordination, process improvement, or change management. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Understanding of business process mapping, data validation, UAT, training, and cutover activities. Exposure to SAP implementation or SAP-enabled business processes is an advantage.
