Job description
LVMH Fashion Group Middle East is seeking a Logistics Coordinator based in Dubai to join the operations team supporting Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo, and Fendi for the GCC region. Responsibilities include coordinating luxury retail freight forwarding, white-glove logistics, operational transport management, tracking and incident management, managing CITES compliance for exotic materials, Saudi Arabia SABER management, certification for beauty and fragrances, customs clearance and duty management, boutique and retail operations alignment, and reporting. Candidates must have a strong understanding of warehousing, regulatory frameworks like CITES and SABER, customs clearance, administrative control, and hands-on knowledge of SAP, CEGID, or related retail ERP/WMS platforms.
