Logistics Manager

Logistics Manager Job Summary Responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and shipment planning. Ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination with internal teams and logistics partners. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. - Plan and coordinate shipments for timely and cost-effective delivery. - Manage transporters, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers. - Monitor inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations. - Ensure compliance with KSA customs, transportation regulations, and company policies. - Optimize routes, logistics processes, and transportation costs. - Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, and discrepancies. - Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and performance analysis. - Lead and develop logistics staff. - Support budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. - 5–10 years of logistics/supply chain experience, preferably in KSA. - Strong knowledge of KSA logistics, customs, transportation, and warehousing. - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
