Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing end-to-end international logistics and export operations for armored vehicles, defense equipment, and government contracts. The role will focus strongly on vehicle exports, international shipping, RoRo transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and export compliance, ensuring timely and secure delivery to Ministries of Defense (MOD), military organizations, government agencies, and international customers. Plan and coordinate international shipments through sea, RoRo, air, and land transportation based on project requirements. Manage the complete export process from shipment planning and documentation through customs clearance, port handling, vessel loading, and final delivery. Ensure compliance with UAE export control regulations, defense-related licensing requirements, customs regulations, and international trade laws. Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and Project teams to ensure shipment readiness and on-time delivery. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is required.
