Logistics Officer

Are you an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in EPC and oil & gas projects? Join Target Engineering and play a vital role in ensuring the seamless movement of materials, equipment, and project resources across major energy and infrastructure projects in the UAE. Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities including shipping, receiving, customs clearance, transportation, delivery, and warehousing for EPC projects. Monitor and manage inbound and outbound movement of materials, equipment, and consumables. Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including packing lists, Bills of Lading, delivery notes, shipping manifests, and customs clearance documents. Liaise with procurement, warehouse, project management, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of project materials. Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, suppliers, and customs agents to track shipment status and resolve logistics issues. Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and UAE/regional logistics regulations. Maintain accurate inventory records, logistics logs, shipment tracking reports, and material movement records. Support transportation planning, route optimization, and mobilization of equipment to project sites. Identify logistics risks and proactively coordinate mitigation measures to avoid project delays. Mandatory 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics within Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, Construction, or Industrial project environments. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, customs regulations, and logistics documentation. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
