Logistics & Order Fulfilment Officer

The Logistics & Order Fulfilment Officer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics, inventory, and order processing operations. This role includes coordinating order receipt, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers and retail partners. The Officer will manage stock levels, monitor product movement, and support warehouse activities to maintain organized and efficient storage conditions. They will collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to optimize logistics processes, resolve shipment issues, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
