Logistics Specialist

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities, including shipment follow-up, supplier coordination, inventory management, internal communication, and operational continuity. Key responsibilities include monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders, following up on purchase orders, maintaining accurate logistics records, monitoring inventory levels, conducting periodic physical inventory counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, updating inventory transactions in the system, coordinating with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications require a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in logistics or inventory management, good knowledge of supply chain systems, and high preference for experience with Oracle or Oracle NetSuite. Required skills include strong communication, coordination, follow-up, problem-solving abilities, and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
