We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of products from warehouse to customer, while driving continuous improvement across logistics and supply chain operations. This position sits at the heart of the customer journey, working closely with internal stakeholders, warehouse partners, delivery providers, and regional teams to ensure products are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with the highest service standards. You will be responsible for managing logistics performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting third-party logistics providers, and identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and cost efficiency. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, be comfortable working with data and performance metrics, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and problem-solving are essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring service levels, operational performance, and customer expectations are consistently achieved. Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse performance, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies. Support warehouse governance activities, stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation processes. Analyse logistics costs, transportation performance, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Partner with customer service and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes and a seamless customer experience. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes, delivery performance, and operational workflows. Support tender processes, supplier reviews, and performance evaluations for logistics partners. Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and local logistics requirements. Assist with importation, customs, and related supply chain activities where required. Prepare and analyse operational reports to support business decision-making and performance management. Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, or fulfilment operations. Experience managing or working closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs). Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations. Experience analysing operational performance, costs, and process efficiencies. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams. Fluency in English.
