Logistics Specialist – Import Operations

SHM Industries is looking for a qualified Logistics Specialist with hands-on experience in Import Operations, Inbound Shipment Follow-up, Customs Clearance, and Nafeza / ACID. Key Responsibilities include following up import shipments from supplier dispatch until final delivery, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters. Handle and review shipping documents including B/L, AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO. Follow up Nafeza / ACID / CargoX procedures, monitor ETD / ETA, shipment status, customs clearance progress, delays, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate shipment trackers and periodic logistics reports. Job Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Import Operations, Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance. SAP / ERP experience is preferred. Good command of Microsoft Excel and English. Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
