Maintenance Manager

Lead the maintenance organization to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance of the CCGT power plant in accordance with approved maintenance plans, procedures, company policies, and applicable safety and regulatory requirements. The role is responsible for managing maintenance activities, resources, SAP-based maintenance processes, budgets, spare parts, contractors, and the performance and development of the maintenance team. Lead and manage maintenance organizations, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation & Control teams. Implement preventive maintenance plans and coordinate corrective maintenance activities. Ensure effective utilization of SAP/CMMS for maintenance planning, work orders, maintenance history, scheduling, and monitoring. Coordinate maintenance activities across E/M/I&C sections, analyze recurring and chronic equipment issues, and lead root cause investigations. Develop and monitor maintenance and capital budgets, review purchase requisitions, and ensure availability of strategic spare parts. Manage contractors and subcontractors ensuring compliance with IMS and HSE requirements.
