Manager Digital Delivery

Digital Delivery Manager. Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions across OQEP, ensuring projects, platforms, and enhancements are executed efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business priorities. The Digital Delivery Manager oversees the planning, build, integration, and rollout of digital products and enterprise systems, working closely with Demand Management, IT Operations, and business units. Manage cross-functional delivery programs using Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies. Oversee integration of digital systems with IT, OT, SAP, cloud, APIs, and data pipelines. Manage relationships with implementation partners, SaaS providers, and system integrators. Requirements: Minimum 8+ years in digital project delivery, IT solution implementation, or program management. Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Engineering, or a related field.
