Job description

The position serves as a strategic business partner to the leadership team and is accountable for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, effective cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, financial controls, compliance, business performance analysis, and operational finance excellence. The role is responsible for driving financial performance, safeguarding company assets, optimizing working capital, improving profitability, and supporting business growth through robust financial planning and informed decision-making. The Finance Manager will oversee General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, Treasury Coordination, Statutory Compliance, and Finance Transformation initiatives while ensuring seamless integration between Sales force Property Management CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365). Responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, long-range financial plans, cash flow management, monitoring financial performance, establishing financial KPIs, profitability analysis, driving monthly business reviews, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax, developing internal controls and audit readiness, leading finance transformation initiatives including ERP optimization and process automation, overseeing finance technology projects such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce integration, UAT, and system enhancements, leading financial accounting operations, managing revenue accounting and accounts receivable, overseeing treasury operations, and leading internal, external, and FTA audits. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline, professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA preferred, expertise in IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance, financial accounting, consolidation, reporting, treasury, cash flow, working capital management, internal controls, risk management, audit, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Salesforce, Hyperion, Power BI, and Power Query.
