Manager - Inventory Control & Stock Assurance

We are hiring a Manager - Inventory Control & Stock Assurance at GMG in Dubai, UAE. Are you an inventory management leader who can drive stock accuracy, strengthen controls, and optimize inventory operations across multiple businesses? At GMG, we're looking for an experienced Manager - Inventory Control & Stock Assurance to lead inventory governance across our Supermarket, Pharmacy, and Furniture businesses, covering retail stores, warehouses, distribution centres, and factories. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in complex, multi-business environments and has the expertise to drive operational excellence through strong inventory controls, technology, and process improvement. What we're looking for: 12-15 years of experience in inventory management and supply chain, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM, with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proven experience managing stock counts, reconciliations, shrinkage controls, and inventory audits across multiple locations. Exposure to retail, warehousing, and manufacturing operations, ideally across supermarkets, pharmacy/healthcare, and furniture. Strong analytical capabilities, with experience leveraging Power BI, inventory dashboards, and KPIs to drive business decisions. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and implement process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
