Manager – Planning & Performance/Process Improvement

Lead the development, improvement, governance, and performance management of One Health’s end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment between business strategy, operational execution, systems, data, and performance objectives. The role acts as a cross-functional transformation partner, identifying business gaps, designing and implementing improvements, establishing governance and performance controls, and ensuring solutions are standardized, transferred to process owners, and sustained. Support the development and execution of One Health’s strategic and operational plans, translate business objectives into measurable KPIs, and monitor business performance. Assess end-to-end business processes, lead process mapping, gap analysis, root-cause analysis, and apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. Drive business process optimization across the full commercial and operational cycle from lead to opportunity, CPQ, sales order, procurement, inventory, warehouse, fulfilment, delivery, invoicing, and receivables. Work with business and IT teams to translate operational requirements into ERP and digital solutions, supporting process design, enhancement, UAT, implementation, and user adoption. Develop solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate to automate workflows and approvals. Support improvements across demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, order fulfilment, and delivery.
