Manager - Procurement Performance Management

As a Manager of Procurement Performance Management, you will drive procurement excellence by managing performance measurement frameworks, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain procurement performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs) to monitor efficiency, compliance, and value delivery across procurement activities. - Analyze procurement data and produce insightful reports and dashboards to track category and supplier performance against targets. - Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Support Business Unit procurement teams in performance tracking and improvement plans. - Lead supplier performance management initiatives by monitoring contract adherence and facilitating corrective actions. - Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence within the procurement function. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's or MBA preferred. - 8+ years of experience in procurement performance management, data analytics, or operational excellence roles in large-scale projects. - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, performance measurement methodologies, and supplier management. - Proficient in data visualization and procurement software tools such as SAP, Ariba, or Prism. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
