Working across project management, engineering, quality, inspection, logistics, and suppliers, you will provide specialist procurement leadership and support successful project outcomes. Lead Supply chain activities from planning through award, ensuring third party services, materials, equipment, and services meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Develop and maintain the procurement plan, contracting strategy, bidder strategy, procurement schedule, package priorities, procedures, and Project Vendor List in line with project and client requirements. Translate project management and engineering requirements into clear procurement, quality, inspection, documentation, and expediting priorities. Coordinate and expedite Third party drawings, technical documentation, through desk expediting and recovery actions. Monitor pre-award and post-award status, provide clear progress reporting, and escalate emerging issues with practical mitigation or recovery recommendations. Prepare and oversee tender and bid documentation, vendor clarifications, evaluations, recommendations, and client approvals. Manage subcontracting and procurement packages from market enquiry through technical evaluation, commercial evaluation, negotiation, award, and post-award administration, including variations, claims, warranties, and close-out. Integrate procurement milestones during FEED, covering supplier engineering, manufacture, inspection, logistics and required-on-site dates into the master schedule, ensuring supply chain risks are reflected in critical-path analysis and mitigation planning. Ensure procurement activities comply with delegated authorities, client procedures, contractual requirements, safety and quality standards, trade controls, anti-bribery obligations, and responsible sourcing principles. Lead Procurement Specialist, assign and review work, provide technical guidance, and operate independently within broad project objectives. Approximately 20 years of supply chain and procurement experience, including at least five years as a Project Procurement Manager with a well-established EPC contractor in the Middle East.
