Manager - SAP Application Operations

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as Manager - SAP Application Operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the operational integrity and performance of our SAP applications, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives while delivering high availability and reliability to our users. Your leadership will be integral in coordinating the day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices across our SAP landscape to meet the needs of our growing organization. Key Responsibilities include leading the SAP Application Operations team, overseeing support processes, incident management, and service requests for SAP applications; ensuring optimal performance of SAP systems by managing system monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning; working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective application integration and functionality across business units; implementing and enforcing application governance and security measures; driving continuous improvement initiatives; coordinating and support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements; developing documentation of processes and system configurations; and providing training and support for end-users.
