Manufacturing Process Lead, Automated Solutions

The Manufacturing Process Lead acts as the Factory Process Owner across a multi-package industrial automation program, owning the end-to-end manufacturing process architecture from incoming material through RM Storage, CNC machining, Surface treatment, Assembly lines, testing, Painting, Packaging, FG storage and dispatch. The role defines and maintains the As-Is & To-Be manufacturing processes, process assessment report, process flow diagrams, capacity and takt models, material flows, and process interfaces across automation packages. Working closely with Production team, engineering team and digital/MES teams, the role ensures that process have correctly mapped as per business benefits. The role also provides the manufacturing-process bridge between the physical factory and enterprise/digital systems, ensuring that shop-floor processes are correctly represented in MES, SAP, WMS, planning, quality, and traceability solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the end-to-end Factory Process Owner, defining and governing manufacturing processes across machining, surface treatment, painting, assembly, testing, storage, intralogistics, packaging, and supporting operations. - Develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be process maps, value-stream maps, and product routings. - Work with Digital / IT-OT teams to translate factory processes into MES/SAP/WMS requirements, including routings, work-center logic, production execution, material consumption, confirmations, quality gates, traceability, rework, and exception handling. - Participate in FAT, SAT, integrated commissioning, and production trials. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Production Engineering, MBA or related discipline. - 14+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, factory planning, or manufacturing-process design. - Strong experience owning end-to-end factory processes within complex discrete manufacturing environments.
