Master Planner

VentureOne is hiring a Master Planner for ADRobotics to own demand planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and the master production schedule (MPS). Responsibilities include maintaining the Master Production Schedule, leading the S&OP process, maintaining a rolling demand forecast, analyzing macro-level capacity constraints, directing planners on execution priorities, owning top-level ERP planning configuration, and reporting on schedule attainment and forecast accuracy. Requirements include 6+ years of experience in master scheduling, demand planning, S&OP, or supply chain planning leadership in manufacturing, hardware, or start-up environments. Strong ERP experience in SAP, Oracle, or similar for demand planning and master scheduling modules is required, along with Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field and APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
