Material Coordinator

TechnipFMC is looking for a Material Coordinator to monitor sales orders, create delivery notes, and ensure smooth material flows by coordinating shipments, updating clients with order status, and managing documentation. Responsibilities include generating Delivery Notes in SAP, coordinating with warehouse teams for packing readiness, preparing shipping documents, ensuring trade compliance, coordinating customs documentation with OSC, arranging shipment collection with freight forwarders, monitoring shipment status, performing Post Goods Issue (PGI) and supporting invoicing, conducting physical reviews and posting Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Candidates must have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination and warehouse operations, hands-on experience with SAP processes, international shipping documentation experience, and SAP MM / SD process knowledge or relevant SAP certification.
