Job description

Material Control and Mobilization: Lesable Inventory & Asset Management Track rental equipment, assets, and spare parts across facilities and onshore/offshore client locations. Map leaseable assets against the sales order and record history and tracking of assets across all regions operated by the Asset Lease dept. Maintain accurate records of asset transfer between the regions and update appropriate records in the software tool. Dispatch & Off-Hire Coordination Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of rental units and specialized safety gear for projects. Process off-hire notifications, verify returned equipment counts, and update asset status logs promptly. Communicate material discrepancies or missing/damaged items during off-hire collections with the Execution Team. Provide additional support in coordination with the IT team. Logistics, Gate Passes, and Documentation Prepare Commercial Invoice & Packing Lists (CIPL), customs sheets, and local delivery notes. Arrange Material Entry and Exit Gate Passes with port authorities, clients, and logistics teams. Liaise with third-party transport vendors and drivers for timely pickup and delivery to client yards/rigs. Maintain compliance with local customs, port regulations, and client-specific access procedures. Handover and Administrative Support Ensure complete and structured handovers during notice periods or departmental transitions. Maintain accurate records in company ERP systems (e.g., HROPal, SAP) for material tracking.
