Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Rotating)

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Rotating) to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. This specialized role focuses on the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors critical to industrial operations. As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Rotating) at Eram Talent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of rotating machinery, contributing to uninterrupted production and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities include performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, and gearboxes; troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical failures and carrying out detailed root cause analysis; executing precision alignment, dynamic balancing, and overhaul; conducting condition monitoring such as vibration analysis and temperature monitoring; inspecting and maintaining seals, bearings, couplings, and lubrication systems; reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and P&IDs; supporting plant shutdowns and turnarounds; ensuring all maintenance activities are recorded accurately in CMMS such as SAP PM; following HSE policies; and mentoring junior technicians.
