Mechanical Planner (Rotary Equipment)

Excellent Career Openings with a Leading Oil & Gas company in Qatar. Job Title - MECHANICAL PLANNER (ROTARY EQUIPMENT). Location: Qatar. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Experience: 5 years of field experience in Maintenance of Mechanical Rotating equipment and planning activities, including 3 years of experience in maintenance planning jobs within an Oil & Gas environment. Ability to use related tools and instruments. Knowledge of international codes and standards related to mechanical discipline and material. Awareness of proper maintenance techniques and understanding of preventive/predictive maintenance theory. Strong planning, organizational, integration, analytical, time management, decision-making, problem-solving, and inventory management skills. Plan major overhaul, shutdown, and turnaround activities in coordination with production and other department officials. Coordinate with other discipline planners and maintenance engineers for manpower forecasts, spare parts, equipment, and timing. Participate in meetings for effective implementation of maintenance programs. Coordinate with turnaround section to monitor and analyze TA activities, scheduling, and execution of critical jobs. Coordinate and liaise with contractors for execution of projects and validate performance. Familiar with CMMS applications and experience in SAP. Experience Level: 5+ years. Work Location: Qatar.
