Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Associate

Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Associate (Junior Level) We're looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Associate (Junior Level) to join a well-established global organization. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Business Central professional looking to grow their ERP career and gain international exposure. Initial Location: Chennai, India - during probation Final Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE - relocation after successful probation Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining an existing Business Central ERP environment - Exposure to at least 2-3 ERP implementation projects - Functional knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory & Warehouse Management - Experience with requirement gathering, configuration, UAT, testing, user training and go-live support - Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and provide day-to-day user support - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - MB-800 Certification - Required - Experience in Trading, Distribution, Manufacturing, Polymers/Chemicals, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar product-based industry is a plus - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV migration is an advantage - Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate or Power Apps is a plus - Immediate joiner is preferred
