Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to lead the functional design, configuration, and continuous improvement of our D365 F&O platform. This role plays a critical part in translating business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce into reliable, well-governed ERP solutions that support a fast-scaling global beauty business. The Functional Consultant will own end-to-end solution design for core F&O modules, drive fit-gap analysis, and partner closely with technical developers, 3PL and EDI integration teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-practice configurations. The role is central to maintaining a stable, high-performing ERP backbone across our retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, multiple full-cycle implementations, strong functional expertise across Finance and/or Supply Chain modules, and a proven ability to run requirement workshops, author functional design documents, and support go-live and hypercare.
