Mid-Senior Mining Professional

These roles are suited to mid- to senior-level professionals and offer a clear progression path toward superintendent, manager, and senior site or regional leadership positions. Responsibilities include leading or strengthening safe, efficient mining and processing operations, driving operational performance via production planning, KPI management, cost control, continuous improvement, and leveraging CMMS or enterprise asset management systems.
