Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Module Lead to lead design, implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors HXM solutions.
Mandatory Skills
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• SuccessFactors Time Tracking / Time Management
• Business Integration Builder (BIB)
• SAP HCM / HCM Payroll
• SAP CPI / Integration Suite
• RBP, MDF, Business Rules & Workflows
• EC–ECP integration and payroll replication
• Global implementation & production support experience
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors HXM implementation and support projects
• Lead solution design, requirement gathering and business process mapping
• Configure EC Foundation Objects, MDF, workflows, business rules and Position Management
• Configure and support ECP payroll schemas, rules, wage types and payroll processes
• Manage Time Tracking, work schedules, holiday calendars and overtime rules
• Configure BIB integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP/S4HANA
• Troubleshoot data replication and integration issues
• Support SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs and Go-Live
• Lead functional teams and mentor consultants
