MP Engineer Instrument

Carries out the planning of daily maintenance activities with primary responsibility for ensuring right-first-time job performance and maximizing equipment reliability. Improves maintenance tool time and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, non-labor resources, materials, and services. Independently develops cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work to meet budgets and schedules. Utilizes the SAP Maintenance module, preferably SAP S/4HANA, including order planning, purchase requisitions, service entry sheets, call-off orders, service orders, and maintenance-related master data creation, updating, and deletion. Establishes, maintains, and improves maintenance plans, develops equipment preventive maintenance schedules, and prepares detailed activity breakdowns based on daily production work requests. Prepares work packs for each work order, coordinates and reviews work plans, evaluates methods and procedures, and oversees spare parts inventory.
