OCM Manager

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead change, communication, training, and user adoption for a large-scale Digital Transformation Program in the UAE. The role will support transformation across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Proaxia VSS, Doxis, MuleSoft, and other integrated platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the OCM strategy and change management plan • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and change impact assessments • Drive training, business readiness, and user adoption • Manage resistance and change-related risks • Define and track adoption and readiness metrics • Coordinate with business teams, project managers, product owners, and implementation partners • Support go-live, hypercare, and change reinforcement Requirements: • 8–12 years of OCM / Change Management experience • Experience with large-scale ERP / CRM / Digital Transformation programs • SAP and/or Salesforce transformation experience preferred • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, training & business readiness experience • Experience managing SI/implementation partners and multi-vendor environments • Prosci / ADKAR certification is an advantage • Automotive / dealership / aftersales experience is a plus • GCC / Middle East transformation experience is a plus
